At the consultation, we review both the medical and financial requirements for AHCCCS / ALTCS / VA to determine if you or your loved one are ready to pursue AHCCCS / ALTCS / VA immediately or if there are issues or eligibility requirements that will need to be resolved before pursuing AHCCCS / ALTCS / VA.
After completing a thorough assessment, we assess a fee based on the types of things that need to be accomplished to facilitate an approval. This fee may include 1) the spend down plan, 2) completing all paperwork necessary for the AHCCCS / ALTCS financial appointment, and 3) attending the appointment on your behalf. If legal document preparation is needed our CLDP is certified to prepare those documents and a separate fee may be charged for the documents to be prepared (financial power of attorney, medical power of attorney, mental health care power of attorney, living wills, income-only trust, revocable living trust, and/or property deeds).
There is no obligation for you or your loved one to use our service. Our primary goal is to educate people regarding their long term care options.
